Tarek completed his PhD within the Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) in Data Intensive Science (DIS). For his PhD thesis he won the Perren Prize for best CDT PhD thesis. Tarek is now a Research Software Engineer at the Alan Turing Institute, the UK’s national centre for data science and artificial intelligence (AI).
